Global Talent Summit is the flagship event of Alliance of Global Talent Organizations (AGTO) , aiming for promoting talent-specific policy dialogues driven by research and stakeholder insights.

On May 11 2023, AGTO host 1st edition Global Talents Summit in Macao. Over 200 delegates, including business executives, scholars and diplomats, exchanged views on the impacts of science and technology on talent mobility, quality development and cooperation. At the summit, the AGTO issued a report on talent development in Asia against the backdrop of technological changes.

On June 27, the 2025 Global Talent Summit was held at the Beijing International Fortune Center in Tongzhou, the sub-center of Beijing. The summit brought together a wide range of participants, including ambassadors from multiple countries stationed in China, representatives of international organizations, as well as delegates from universities, multinational corporations, professional talent associations, and enterprises in the fields of science, technology, and talent services.

The 2025 Global Talent Summit will be held convene on June 27–28, 2025, at the Beijing Municipal Administrative Center in Tongzhou District.

The theme of the Summit—"Strengthening International Talent Cooperation to Foster Global Talent Growth", —reflects a shared commitment to addressing urgent talent challenges through strategic dialogue, knowledge exchange, and multilateral collaboration.
